Job Duties:
- Installation, software configuration and start-up of Hydril Multiplex Control Systems

Electronic fault finding within the system

In-house testing of equipment prior to shipment

Work on offshore drilling installations

Extensive domestic and International travel
Requirements:
- BS Computer Engineering or BS Electrical Engineering

Ability to design and trouble-shoot electronic circuitry
-
Experience in configuration of computer network systems
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software applications
-
Willing for extensive domestic and international travel
-
Physical ability to travel to and work on offshore installations
-
Physically able to travel and work on offshore installations
Desirable:
- Two years experience in the design and installation of drilling control systems
-
Computer software programming
-
Configuration and implementation experience
-
Ability to read and understand hydraulic and pneumatic schematic drawings
